Ebony and Ivory...Layers of bittersweet chocolate butter cake filled with white chocolate buttercream, finished with bittersweet chocolate buttercream and toasted chocolate cake crumbs, and decorated on top with white buttercream cat's whiskers.
Almond Apricot Cake...Layers of almond marzipan cake with apricot preserves on top and between the layers, white chocolate buttercream on the sides, and honeyed almond flowers on top.
Queen D Cake...Layers of hazelnut butter cake filled with mocha buttercream, bittersweet chocolate and raspberry preserves, finished with mocha buttercream, and decorated with a chocolate leaf and one hazelnut on top.
