Yes, there really is a Danielle. Her love of vanilla and marzipan inspired this cake.

Three layers of vanilla cake filled with marzipan, vanilla pastry cream, whipped cream and raspberry preserves, finished with one layer of marzipan and one layer of vanilla buttercream, and decorated on top with raspberries and almonds.
