Crisp, toasted coconut adorns a wrapping of silky bittersweet chocolate ganache. Inside, more coconut and pecans combine to create a delicate filling which separates three moist layers of chocolate cake. Again, we’ve opted for bittersweet chocolate instead of sweet baking chocolate, cocoa powder or semi-sweet chocolate so each bite has all of the richness but none of the syrupy sweetness.
