FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE. Dense, flourless chocolate cake covered entirely in bittersweet chocolate ganache and bittersweet chocolate shavings around the sides.

CHOCOLATE MACAROON CAKE. Three layers of homemade coconut almond macaroons filled with chocolate buttercream and a hint of orange marmalade and finished with bittersweet chocolate ganache and roasted coconut.

KEY LIME CHEESECAKE. Mascarpone cheese, cream cheese. and a hint of key lime in a coconut almond macaroon crust.

BUSY BEE EGG. Egg-shaped layers of bittersweet chocolate cake, almond butter cake, bittersweet chocolate mousse, and marzipan – all covered in marzipan and bittersweet chocolate ganache, finished around the bottom with white buttercream “pearls” and decorated with white marzipan daisies.

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM EGG. Egg-shaped layers of vanilla cake, fresh strawberries, vanilla pastry cream, and whipped cream -- covered in white chocolate buttercream, finished around the bottom with white buttercream “pearls” and decorated with pink marzipan daisies.

LEMON BLOSSOM CAKE. Three layers of vanilla butter cake filled with homemade lemon curd and raspberry preserves, finished with white chocolate buttercream and toasted vanilla cake crumbs around the sides, and decorated on top with yellow marzipan flowers.
