BUSY BEE EGG. Egg-shaped layers of bittersweet chocolate cake, almond butter cake, bittersweet chocolate mousse, and marzipan – all covered in marzipan and bittersweet chocolate ganache, finished around the bottom with white buttercream “pearls” and decorated with white marzipan daisies.

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM EGG. Egg-shaped layers of vanilla cake, fresh strawberries, vanilla pastry cream, and whipped cream -- covered in white chocolate buttercream, finished around the bottom with white buttercream “pearls” and decorated with pink marzipan daisies.

LEMON BLOSSOM CAKE. Three layers of vanilla butter cake filled with homemade lemon curd and raspberry preserves, finished with white chocolate buttercream and toasted vanilla cake crumbs around the sides, and decorated on top with yellow marzipan flowers.

KEY LIME CHEESECAKE. Mascarpone cheese, cream cheese and a hint of key lime in a coconut almond macaroon crust.

CARROT CAKE: Three layers of carrot cake studded with raisins, walnuts, and freshly grated carrots, a subtle lemon cream cheese filling and finish, and crushed walnuts on the sides.
